You can book directly through the course pages for public dates, or Contact Me (https://www.markbaglow.co.uk/contact)to arrange an in-house session for your organisation.
Sometimes you may need to reschedule or even cancel bookings. I understand - life happens!
I want to make it as fair as possible for everyone involved.
Please see the cancellation and rescheduling policy below. If you have any questions, do get in touch.
Public Courses
Rescheduling
For public courses, you can reschedule to a different date free of charge - even if you (or the person you booked the course for) suddenly can't join the course on the day. For example, due to illness or emergency work commitments.
Please contact mark@markbaglow.co.uk (mark@markbaglow.co.uk)as soon as possible if that is the case so I can alter your booking to a different date (provided that course has space).
Cancellations
If you wish to completely cancel your place on a public course, please provide at least 7 calendar days notice in writing to the email above. Cancellations made within 7 days of the course date are non-refundable.
In-House Courses
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule an in-house course to a different date/dates I will do my very best to accommodate you, subject to availability. Rescheduling is normally free, although any pre-booked costs (such as accommodation, travel, venue etc.) may still apply.
Cancellations
You may cancel an in-house course without charge by providing at least 28 calendar days written notice before the training date. Please note that any pre-booked costs (e.g. accommodation or travel) may still need to be covered.
Cancellations made:
• 14–27 calendar days before the training date incur a 50% charge
• Less than 14 calendar days before the training date incur a 100% charge
Absolutely. In-house training is priced based on group size, delivery format, and the level of tailoring required.

In-house group training will work out cheaper per person than sending the team on a public course - plus the course is tailored to suit your requirements.
If you have four or more delegates for a course, get in touch (https://www.markbaglow.co.uk/contact)to arrange in-house training as it will be better value per person.
Yes, absolutely. Please get in touch (https://www.markbaglow.co.uk/contact)if you wish to book and be sent an invoice. This is available both for public courses and in-house training.
For in-house training you will receive an invoice. The easiest way to pay this is by bank transfer - though if you prefer to pay by card, just ask.
Public courses can be instantly booked and paid for by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Yes. If you wish to arrange multiple in-house courses I can put together a package quote for you.
For in-house courses, most clients book 1-3 months in advance or more, but shorter notice is sometimes available - it’s always worth asking. I do get booked up quickly!
If you are looking for a course with a lot of tailoring, this will require more lead time than one which has more standard content.
Public courses have limited spaces - click onto a course date to check availability. Most public courses close registration or sell out in the week before the course date, so please book early to avoid missing out.
If you want to book onto a public course which is sold out or closed, please get in touch and I can let you know if there is a cancellation.
