About Mark Baglow

I'm Mark Baglow, Founder and Lead Trainer at Mark Baglow Training, and I'm passionate about helping organisations develop their teams.

I am based in Birmingham and travel across the country to deliver training to organisations of all sizes - from SMEs to PLCs and the public sector.

​

With over a decade of experience in a range of sectors - including education, technology and finance - I’ve worked with professionals at all levels – from new starters to senior leaders – helping them build confidence, clarity, and capability at work.​

My approach to training is practical, interactive, and people-focused. I don’t believe in death-by-PowerPoint or abstract theory. Instead, I focus on real situations, clear frameworks, and hands-on activities that make learning stick long after the session ends.

​

I offer a wide range of training which can be delivered in-person or remotely.  I’ve worked with organisations across the UK to deliver training in leadership, communication, digital skills, and personal effectiveness.
