About Mark Baglow

I'm Mark Baglow, Founder and Lead Trainer at Mark Baglow Training - and I help organisations get the best from their people.

​

I started my career as a secondary school history teacher. That's where I learned the thing that still shapes every course I run: people don't remember what you tell them, they remember what they do.

 

After moving from the classroom into corporate learning and development, I set up Mark Baglow Training to bring that same practical, hands-on approach to workplaces across the country.

​

Based in Birmingham - right in the middle of the country - I travel UK-wide (and occasionally internationally) to deliver training to organisations of all sizes, from SMEs to PLCs and the public sector.

 

Over the past decade I've worked across education, technology and finance, with everyone from brand-new starters to senior leaders, in leadership and management, communication, AI and digital skills, and personal effectiveness.

My approach is practical, interactive and refreshingly jargon-free. No death-by-PowerPoint, no abstract theory - just real situations, clear frameworks and hands-on activities that make the learning stick long after the session ends.

 

I'm a PGCE-qualified educator and a CPBA Certified DISC practitioner, and I design and deliver every course personally.

I offer a wide range of training which can be delivered in-person or remotely.  I’ve worked with organisations across the UK to deliver training in leadership,  AI, communication, digital skills, project management, personal effectiveness and more.​
