All sessions are practical, engaging, and focused on giving you tools you can use immediately in your role.

Training is available in-person, online, or in-house at your organisation.

Are your courses suitable for beginners?

Yes. Many of my courses are designed for complete beginners and people stepping into a new role. All content is explained clearly, without jargon, so you can build confidence quickly.

For in-house training, the course content will be tailored to match the skill level and experience of the attendees.

Do you offer training for more experienced managers?

Absolutely. I provide development programmes for supervisors, team leaders, middle managers and senior leaders. Courses can be adapted to match the level and needs of the group.

Do you work with all industries?

Yes. My training is industry-agnostic and suitable for organisations of any size. I regularly work with private businesses, public sector teams, SMEs, publicly-listed companies, and individuals.

Where are you based? Do you travel to deliver in-house training?

Accepted Answer

I'm based in Birmingham, so I'm right in the middle of the country. This makes it easy for me to travel to you to deliver training at your organisation.

I do also deliver live online training if you prefer.

Can individuals book a place, or is it only for companies?

Both! I make my training as accessible as possible. Individuals can book onto public courses, and organisations can arrange in-house or bespoke training for their teams.

Do I need any previous knowledge to attend a course?

Most courses require no previous experience. Where prior knowledge is recommended (e.g. Advanced Excel), it will be clearly stated on the course page. Please do get in touch if you are unsure if a course is right for you.

Very! All courses include discussions, activities, scenarios, and practical exercises to help you apply what you learn.

All courses include detailed course resources and workbooks containing notes on everything we cover, plus exercises and tools you can use after the course to continue your learning.

Will I get a certificate when I complete the course?

Yes. All participants receive a Certificate of Completion after the training.
