Understanding People and Teams

Great performance starts with understanding the people behind it. In this opening session, you’ll explore how personality, behaviour, and communication preferences shape motivation and teamwork. Using the DISC model, you’ll learn how to recognise different styles and adapt your leadership to bring out the best in each individual.
